The End
The purpose of this blog has come to it's natural conclusion.
My travels are concluded and I have a new beginning.
Perhaps a new blog will sprout sometime, but suddenly I have so much less time. Or rather I am using it in other ways, since we do actually always have all the time in the world:
The Present.
:)

Slow down
As I get closer to finally settling down after my travels my blog is suffering neglect.
Not much to report, or so it seems.
Now it is just my life, nothing bigger than that, nothing more interesting. Probably it is just a reflection on the audience I thought I had, or my thoughts about the audience I thought I had.
Who was I writing for?
People "back" in Australia ? For whom it would now seem narcissistic for me to keep writing about my life seeing as how there is only the ordinary left to report, instead of travels and adventures. All my biggest adventures were never reported on here anyway.
For people on the road whom I met in passing ? The people I meet in passing now are not fellow travelers nor am I a passing traveler.
The only travels left now are in my mind. The path of my thoughts and ponderings. Observations...
What is this then now to be a forum for ? Poetry perhaps ? I have a new forum for my photos, but it's a lot more work to put them on my own site than it is to upload them to blogger. Perhaps I need to get some easier way to upload fotos to my site. Then I can have the narrative here, and photos there.

Still Melbournia
My recon mission is taking a little longer, mainly because I am feeling more confident that I want to move here and am therefore wanting to take some more time to hunt for jobs.
What does a photographer do whilst waiting for someone to show up at Flinders Street Station?
Melbourne is much more of a "designer" city than sydney. Much more quirkieness.
Besides job hunt and city view I have been getting out and about meeting various people, mostly other couch surfers here and there.
Like on the tram playing the guitar. Germans everywhere too.
Even at house parties they have funky design lighting :)
And in bars of course.
And the penultimate cultural experience, going to the fooooooty !
HA !

Melbourne
Been in Melbourne for a week already now, just checking the place out. So far I have a nice feeling here, more of a people city than Sydney, and so easy to get around on a bike. I might even be going to the AFL this Sunday !!! Might as well do the whole cultural experience thing !

The Boych
Coogee beach in Sydney.
Getting a ride up the coast with Johnny, from Blackheath to Forster (4hrs north).
Evening at Bluey's beach.
Morning at Bluey's.
Daytime at Seal Rocks. Didn't see any seals though.
Riding my bike from one beach to the other, well, from Seal Rocks to Mungo Brush.
I haven't really stopped moving yet. Next week I head to Melbourn. Never been there, but thinking of moving there.
